I was looking into the razer nabu watch (the watch not the bands) and the only thing that is stopping me atm is weather or not it is waterproof. I see it says something about it but i'm unsure as to what it all means. I work in a leisure center and often swim so that is my main concern. any help thanks.

While it is has the rating mentioned in @surfer0625 's post, I believe I remember seeing Razer mentioning that even with this rating, they do not recommend submerging over long periods of time. They mainly designed it to meet those specs for security because stuff happens.
With that said, I do own this watch, but have never submerged it. It has only gotten wet by splashes, rain, washing hands, etc. I'm sorry it's not a definitive answer, but it comes down to how much you trust the rating.

I own a Nabu watch and it claim to be water proof of up to 5 atms. I've never had any issue with it and water yet so it should be safe. hope this was useful to you.

My husband wears the Nabu Watch: Forged Edition and hasn't ever gotten it wet beyond washing dishes, washing hands, being out in the rain for short periods and the other basic things that can splash during normal usage. Honestly, considering what we paid for it, I think both of us feel safer that way.

I absolutely LOVE my Nabu band and I wore it every single day for nearly two years straight, however, we live in AZ and we do a lot of swimming year 'round so I wanted something that could track my laps so I am using a Garmin VivoActive HR now because of the 5atm rating and the fact that part of the tracking system is specifically designed to track laps in the pool while wearing it.

I've had a Razer Nabu X, and I can guarantee that it is not waterproof at all in the salty water of Malta.
So, I will not try to put my Nabu Watch in water, even under the shower.
