Naga 2014 Not Working with Firefly

  1. Hi everyone,

I'm having problems getting my 2014 Naga to work with the new Firefly mousepad I just got. After several attempts of reinstalling Synapse and recalibrating the mouse to the pad, I was able to get the mouse cursor to barely move. I know the mouse is fine, because it's been working pretty well on the bright orange construction paper I've been using until now.

I just read on some random board that the Naga has problems on dark surfaces. Is this true? If there is no solution to the problem, I suppose I can go and exchange the Firefly for something else, but I prefer to keep it since I like as many tacky lights on my rig as possible :D

    Thanks guys and Merry Christmas!

@techDeepChampagnebus818 Try cleaning the sensor then test your Naga 2014 on other surfaces. I highly recommend that you change mats if the mouse does not skip a beat. By the way, how long have you had the mouse?
