hey everyone, i am new here and I hope you could help me.
I bought the Naga Hex V2 few days ago, but after a few minutes of playing the lighting just turn off.
I tried to change the port and even on a different computer, but I get the same result.
    what should I do?

    Thank you very much !

    Welcome to Razer|Insider!

Do try using the mouse on a different computer.

If that doesn't work out, try contacting Razer Support.

(Do note that Insider isn't a support forum :))
    Razer|Jaisani_Choe and Vaypron like this.

Do you happen to have razer synapse installed? If you don't, you should install it, and see if you can change any of the lighting settings at all.

I know it may sound stupid, but when you go to the lighting tab, do you have the lighting enabled?

Turn the color to something bright, like a blue, turn off the link zones option, and turn the brightness up and tell me if you can see anything. its also possible that only certain colors are burned out, try switching the colors or setting it to a wave function.
