Naga pro goes dark any time Advanced Effects are selected. Unable to change or even power on colors with chroma studio. Only Quick Effects will light up the mouse

Is the wireless dongle plugged directly into the PC, or are you using a USB hub? In any case, please send me the serial number of the mouse so we can try to update the firmware. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
