Does anyone have a valid download link for Naga Pro_Mouse_FirmwareUpdater_v2.01.00_r1? The link listed in the support document doesn't work, I receive a "page cannot be reached error" when I try it.

I can get to the instructions, but the link to download the firmware does not work. I have tried on my PC and phone.

I tried again, when I click the link in the Razer Naga Pro Firmware Updater Guide this is what I get. It seems like the URL is incorrect since this is a DNS error.

I see. Were you able to open the PDF file? I tried it, and it allowed me to download the file. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Yes, I can open the PDF. The download link (https://rzr.to/eyaAA) is what is not working.

It looks like the tiny url (https://rzr.to/eyaAA) is being converted to us.ca.esupport which is what is giving the DNS error.
I am having the same problem with Deathadder V2 Pro and Blackwidow V3 Pro as well.

I can't download the firmware. I have tried on 3 different computers, using 2 different internet connections. The download link is broken. Also, I am pretty sure that replacing my mouse isn't going to fix the download link being broken. I want to mention that it is broken in the Razer Synapse software as well. Do you have a direct download link you can share that isn't https://rzr.to/eyaAA?
I am not impressed with razer support. I payed $150 for a mouse and could not download the firmware update for it to make it work properly. In addition to posting here, I opened a support ticket which turned out to be useless. Fortunately I know how to use the internet and found the link on my own. For anyone that needs to download it and the link that Razer has provided doesn't work, try this one. https://dl.razerzone.com/drivers/NagaPro/win/Naga%20Pro_Mouse_FirmwareUpdater_v2.01.00_r1.exe

As for razer support, well I hope that I never have to use them again. If I had followed the suggestion to replace the mouse, I would have replaced it with a different brand.

Yeah he seems to be pretty confused as to what the actual issue is.

I was able to get the updaters on this thread on reddit. They appear to have a link to your mouse as well. Godspeed.

Edit:

Just realized you found a link that works. My bad.
If anyone has the direct link for Deathadder V2 Pro and Blackwidow V3 Pro that would be helpful.

Look in the link in my last reply.
Yeah sorry, just saw it. So updating the firmware will now allow the use of a single dongle or is there another software needed?
I also wonder if this will fix the double keys and spamming of certain keys after pressing them? The firmware update that is.

Yeah, the firmware update fixed all the issues I was having. But yeah, you need the Razer software in order to do the single dongle integration. But after that, the single dongle will stay configured and you do not need to have the Razer app running.

I am currently using the single dongle connectivity on Mac as well. Pretty smooth.

Thanks, I appreciate it.
Anytime! You’ll also need to hook up the devices to the PC using an USB while updating the firmware.

Yeah, I completed the firmware update. Just waiting for everything to be fully charged before trying the single dongle concept. How can one know if the firmware provided in the reddit thread was the most update to date?

Not sure if it’s the latest, but seems pretty recent and it’ll work while they fix the broken links in the Razer page.

I gamed a couple hours yesterday with no problem. Super smooth connection.

Hey everyone! I've reported the URL from the Razer Naga Pro, Deathadder V2 Pro, and Blackwidow V2 Pro. I will let the team check other links from our devices too. Anyhow, please let me know if updating the firmware help your mouse behavior. I'll update this thread once the team fixed all the affected URLs too.

Hey @Gamesith. Your feedback is well taken. I've coordinated to our Support Team regarding the broken links. Please send me a PM together with your case number so I can review your contact history. I appreciate your cooperation.
