Naga Trinity Double click problem.

I have a Naga Trinity purchased in August 2018 and the double click problem has started. I am in the process of trying to return it for replacement under warranty. I can try dragging and dropping an icon on desktop and it will drop it even though the left mouse button is still help down. this happens in games which make camera movement to stop working till I re-click. This can stop happening for short periods but it is not going away even after reinstalling Synapse on a fresh windows install and after removing the drivers from device manager and programs and C: and registry. I have even tried using it on another PC and is also happening there. I am sure this is a hardware issue but I am reluctant to purchase another Trinity or accept a replacement as this problem seems common place with the trinity.

I have my Naga 2014 edition for 4 years before I needed to replace it because a number pad button failed. its a shame. Any advice on fixing this would be great. I have tried compressed air to try cleaning the contact but i am not opening the mouse as would void warranty.

Have you tried isolating the issue by connecting it to another computer? Can you also send me the serial number of your Razer Naga Trinity through PM? Let's continue there.
So found that the mouse was faulty on 2 different systems. Replaced under warranty and problem is fixed. It was the mouse.
Good to hear that it was replaced and still within warranty. Feel free to reach us if you have other questions or issues.
