Naga Trinity Mouse and Ornata V2 Keyboard and issues with Synapse 3

I bought the Ornata V2 today (9/17/2020) and I ran into several issues very quickly. When I first plugged it in, everything seemed fine. It was responsive and there were no issues getting started. I downloaded Synapse 3, which I hadn't used since I purchased my Naga Trinity Mouse a few years ago and this is where the troubles began.

I played around with the colors in Chroma Studio, and was annoyed that it consistently failed to save the colors I chose for each layer. I tried to have 2 different fire layers, one with blue/ white and one with red/orange. However, every time I switched between them, it would reset the blue/white layer to red/orange. After fighting it for a bit, I got the color scheme I wanted and began normal usage of my computer.

Soon after, a much worse issue followed. Suddenly for no reason, the Naga Trinity scroll wheel side buttons which had been set years ago to scroll up and down very quickly, reversed themselves with the up side scrolling down and the down side scrolling up, and very slowly as opposed to very fast as it was before. I checked Synapse and found that it had changed the profile. I tried to use both the "repeat scroll" function and the turbo mode of "scroll up/down" which did the job but neither were anywhere near the speed I had prior.

Annoyed with this, I uninstalled Synapse to attempt to get my previous settings back. This did not work, and left me with the scroll wheel side buttons not working, due to the "repeat scroll" function not working without Synapse now. I attempted to uninstall the drivers for the mouse and keyboard and restarted the computer.

This didn't change anything whatsoever, so I reinstalled Synapse, only to find that it no longer recognized my Naga Trinity Mouse, nor the Ornata V2 Keyboard. Since then I have uninstalled and reinstalled several drivers and the Synapse program several times each over the course of hours, restarting the computer several times in between.

As of now my current situation is this: After deleting every Razer file and driver I could, I was able to get the Naga Trinity Mouse recognized by Synapse 3, but not the Ornata V2 Keyboard. To reiterate, the mouse was purchased a few years ago, while the Keyboard was purchased today (9/17/2020). The mouse's repeat scroll function is still not as fast as it was prior to today. Despite this, both products are functional, to the extent that they can be used for their primary tasks. Both display the full range of rainbow colors, but as the mouse is the only device recognized by Synapse 3, I can only alter it's colors and functions, not the keyboard.

I am very distressed that after downloading the program, both of my products are seemingly permanently worse off for it. I would very much appreciate any help in resolving these issues.

It is possible that your Razer ID's could-saved profiles got corrupted. I understand that you've tried to reinstall the app multiple times already, but do you mind performing a clean installation by following this guide? It would also be best if you uninstall all Razer device drivers via the Device Manager before reinstalling Synapse 3.0. In any case, PM me the serial number of your keyboard so I can help you further isolate the issue.
