I have two Naga Trinity mice (one for work, one for home). Both of them have the same issue. My right click is inconsistent. Sometimes it clicks once, sometimes it double clicks, and when I hold it down it doesn't stay engaged. I found online that this can be a common problem and the solution was to blow into the mouse. That didn't work for me. I already had a Naga Chroma fail on me, and was replaced because it was still under warranty. However, these two are not under warranty. Is there anything that can be done here, or is it just time for me to move on from Razer mice?

Had this issue with mine as well. But out of warranty. I took it apart cleaned it up. But I couldn't ever get back that function I had. So I purchased a new button and soldered it in. I had the Naga Trinity when it first came out and it lasted me from then until mid 2020. I used it for heavy gaming. I feel though that the new one I bought isn't of the same quality as the old. It feels lighter and the middle scroll wheel feels different. I still have my old one and it works find after a new buttons soldered in and its my travel mouse now.

You can always strip it down and try to clean it. If its under warranty go ahead and get it exchanged.

When did the issue start to occur? Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Let's perform the following steps from this link. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
