Good Evening,

I have bought a Naga X 2 Weeks ago. It randomly unscoped and scoped back in very quickly when playing shooter games. Got a replacement from amazon, and the problem happened again. Should i just refund it or is there and fix for this? Ideally i want to keep it because i like the Naga X a lot.

Try resetting the mouse via Razer Synapse 3.0's settings. Check if the behavior happens while playing a different game or using an application. Connect the Razer Naga X to another USB port and computer and replicate the right-click button's issue. I’ll be locking this thread now.
