Nari Essential disconnecting

    Hello!
    My Nari Essential keeps disconnecting randomly during my sessions. I've had the adapter the same place always, but lately the headset has started disconnecting all the time.

  3. I have same problem with Kitty Krakens.. so annoying to listen music when it disconnects continuously. Maybe its audio driver or something? Some games cant even reconnect to correct audio device so I have to restart game if this happens during game session. Sometimes disconnecting happens every 10 seconds and then it works 10 minutes straight and then again disconnecting o_O

    it's been happening to me for a while now with my kitty krakens. i fixed it for a little while (I think by resetting my laptop and reinstalling the drivers) but that's a pain in the ass and it started doing it again last night. it seems to be happening to a lot of people, no idea what it is

    I am having the same problem with my Nari Ultimate headphones. Love them when they work, but its happening quite frequently and is terrible.

    Same issue here, started today. All my Razer-peripherals fall out intermittently for no reason whatsoever. Both my headset, my keyboard and my mouse. It's driving me nuts.

    yes me too, my razer kraken ultimate disconnects for like 5 seconds and then reconnects and it does that every 5 minutes and drives me nuts, someone please let me know when there is a fix to this; my Instagram is @abh1navvargh3ese
     
  8. I have the same issue with the kraken kitty edition, seems to be a problem with all razer usb headsets. Support had me do a clean reinstall of synapse 3, no dice. Also using a powered usb hub, but that hasnt stopped it either.

    same i have the kraken kitty edition and they do the same thing i took them to the store i bought them and they said they are fine what do i do??

    Hey Mr.Horrorshow! Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to another USB port (2.0 or 3.0) or another computer?

    The same goes for the users here reporting their Razer Kraken Kitty. Please test the device to another USB port or PC.
