Nari Ultimate - Died after 2 weeks

Picked up a pair Nari Ultimates a couple weeks ago - been treating them like they are worth their wgt in gold (they damn near are!) yet woke up this morning to a DEAD unit. Won't turn on, won't charge - the charging indicators aren't even lighting up. Yes yes, tried several cables, USB ports, and wall chargers.

Contacted support, who were nice and helpful, though ultimately told me I should try to return/exchange the device with the reseller (amazon). If that fell through, they'd be happy to work through a warranty return. Frankly, this is fine by me as I don't have to deal with RMA shenanigans - looks like Amazon will have a replacement here tomorrow.

I guess all is well that ends well, and mostly here to vent - but curious if anyone else has seen similar issues with the Nari line, or if I was just unlucky. I guess we'll see how the replacement pair holds up...
