A few weeks ago the headset suddenly stopped connecting. When no sound was playing, it would connect to the dongle normally, but after any sound was played, it would lose connection and start to retry in a loop.
Already tried to use the dongle recovery tool, as suggested on other threads, but never got to the end of the process. Halfway through the program, it gives me an error message asking if the dongle is connected.
Would there be any way to fix, replace or use an alternative dongle for this headset?
