Connected to Xbox One with no issues. Tried using Dolby Atmos in lieu of Windows Sonic per Xbox support suggestions, but cannot get mic to pick up my voice. No, the red lights is not on. No, I don’t have the vent turned toward my mouth. I held the button to turn on/off the chat monitoring. The only thing I haven’t done is yell into the mic at the top of my lungs.
I had the thrasher before this, but it used the optical cable connected to a wireless base unit. However it never had an issue. Is this issue fixable?
