Nari Ultimate for XBox One (APP NOT WORKING)

I bought a Nari Ultimate for Xbox One, it pairs with my Series X console, but i cant configure nothing because the Razer App doesnt detects the headset, and its hard to use the mic (have to try manny ways to others listen my voice in chat)

someone knows how to fix this 2 problems?

Are you having any issues with the headset causing your controller to lose its connection? I have the Thresher and it is causing connection issues
I do not have controller issues but MIC must be placed in the right way or you will become muted and yes it is not recognized from Razer Xbox APP, ridicuolus
Is that not because the mic is not omnidirectional? That's not fault it's by design. The headset not being detected by the app is just a pia in my opinion, but I think the problem is Razer has too many products on the go at the same time. I mean how many different headsets does a company need to have that do basically the same thing!! Lol. Also they need to stop letting idiots review their products. Every single review I see of razer headsets says they don't have mic monitoring when if you open the manual it quite obviously does have the it.

Well, that says it all got Razer support. The mic is utter garbage...
