Nari Ultimate for XBox One (APP NOT WORKING)

I bought a Nari Ultimate for Xbox One, it pairs with my Series X console, but i cant configure nothing because the Razer App doesnt detects the headset, and its hard to use the mic (have to try manny ways to others listen my voice in chat)
someone knows how to fix this 2 problems?

I am interested in this problem too. Mic is so quiet i have to put it into my mouth or scream at it so party cant members could hear me.. And i cant connect to my xbox app and USB cable..
I have each of these issues - very frustrating. I posted about it as well:

Concerning that there are no support personnel replies here.

If there is no solution, I will have no choice but to return them. Shame, the headset it amazing otherwise.
