Nari Ultimate for Xbox One connection issues

I got the Nari Ultimate for Xbox One earlier this year to replace my original Nari Ultimate that had to run the aux to the controller for audio. At first, things were great and I was loving life with a wireless headset, but about two months into owning the new one I started having issues.

Initially the headset would start making crackling noises which happened over both party and game audio. During this the volume would also fade in and out. A quick reset would fix this and it wouldn't happen for some time.

Shortly after that happened I started having an issue where the headset would unpair itself from my Xbox after taking it off the usb charger and trying to power it on. When this first happened I thought maybe I held the power button too long or something, but it became a reoccurring problem after that point regardless of how quickly I released the button after power up.

And finally, on top of those two ongoing issues, I have been having problems with the headset completely disconnecting from my Xbox while in the middle of gaming/chat sessions. It will start to do the crackle/audio fade bug and then disconnect only to have the "Headset Assigned" message pop up on screen a few moments later.

All in all this is a pretty frustrating experience and I've already submitted a ticket with support, but if anyone on the forums here has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.
