Nari Ultimate for Xbox one, help me....

I've owned the Nari Ultimate for Xbox one for about a week now and I've been struggling with how quiet the microphones output is, people that I am talking with cannot hear me unless I'm yelling into the microphone that is so close it is actually touching my lips, from what I've found the issue is from the noise cancellation firmware being wayyyyy to agressive, and it also seems from the research I've done their is no way to fix it on my end and every Nari Ultimate for Xbox one has this issue cause people have said they've gotten 4-5 replacements all having the same problem, I have also been trying to phone Razer support for days now with no luck on being connected to an operator (curse this epidemic) so I can't even see if there is a possibility of me putting in a ticket to have Razer update the noise cancellation firmware to be not so incredibly agressive through Microsoft the same way the Xbox controllers are updated (wirelessly and automatically using the accessories functionality) and if this is not possible I ethier want a refund or a replacement headset that is not the Nari Ultimate for Xbox One.$270 headset CAD might I add. [I am getting with the circumstances]

Do you mind sharing a sample recording with the mic at the max volume? I can help you try to troubleshoot, and I can submit a warranty claim on your behalf if necessary. Please send me a PM with the serial number of the headset. I'll take it from there.
I've been having the same exact problem with my Nari Ultimate headset as well. Very unhappy with this product.

I am sorry to hear that. Please send me a PM and tell me more about the issue so I can try to help you out.
I have just bought this and funny enough I have 100% the same issue.

@Razer.Caziel I have PM'ed you the description and I would appreciate it if you could work with me to try and resolve this. It seems to me that getting this working as intended would be beneficial to the customers and Razer, especially as this is an Xbox targeted device and with the new slew of consoles about to hit the market.
I'm having the same problem, sensitivity on the mic for Xbox chat is so low that the other party can barely hear me. it is a brand new model of which I've read from various forums that have similar problems. wondering is there is any fix or workaround?
To me this is not a bad batch of Nari units (for Xbox). This has to be either a design flaw, or a software issue on the headset itself.

Ideally someone from Razer will respond. Looking at the number of posts, surrounding this on this forum, and wider if you go via the internet, this is common.

I have lots of Razer products, and I am really surprised, but the issue this headset has. Normally the standard of their equipment is good.

@Chaos_Supream I'll get to your PM in a bit.

@AsymmetricScar Please PM me the serial number of the headset. Do note that this is highly likely a hardware issue and that we may need to look into your RMA options.
Razer.Caziel replied to my PM (thank you).

In short there is no firmware fix for this, and this is working as it is designed.

I have swapped back to my turtlebeach headset (XO7), and once again I can be heard perfectly in party chat, and mic monitoring is working.

I have a ticket open with support, where I have been asked the usual questions, and for information about my purchase.

I am returning this headset. I simply does not work. The audio is good. The haptics are good. The microphone, is pathetic. Given that most people want the headset to talk to others, this is a primary feature that just does not work.

I do not think there is a QA check on these, and if they did they would see this is seriously flawed.

I hope they can sort this out, but it will not be with my money acting as the buffer while they do.

This is the first real Razer product I have had that is unacceptable, and the first time I have used support to return one of their products. I hope this is not the start of a trend.
This exactly. My third headset is on its way from Honk Kong as we speak. Same problem every time. People can barely hear me unless I shout. Have to hold out hope they fixed it this time but I am skeptical
