Nari ultimate headset audio problems

My Nari Ultimate headset keeps having issues where it will make the 'beep boop' disconnect and reconnecting noise. Every few minutes the headset starts losing and regaining connection over and over for a few seconds. It almost seems like it is out of range of the usb transmitter, but the transmitter is only a few feet from the headset. I just want to know if anyone else has this problem or has fixed it before I go to support.

Is the issue happening while Synapse is running in the background? Do you have the chance to connect it via a 3.5mm combo jack and check if it behaves the same? Let's isolate the behavior first by performing the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your headset via PM. That way, I can verify its model and check for possible solutions.
