Sometimes when I start to charge my headset and listen to music. It randomly cuts power no matter what.
Does anyone know what I can do, to make it not die on me while I listen to my favorite music?

Your Nari Ultimate must be severely low in battery. I highly suggest fully charging it first before using it again.

I will, thank you. Another thing, It keeps disconnecting and connecting which is quite annoying. Making that loud windows sound. It's like its being unplugged and plugged in again and again. It charges fine but still annoying

That's intermittent connection possibly caused by the wiring or the port. Have you tried plugging the device to a different unit?
