Hi
Im having trouble getting Hypersense to work while using my headset with my Xbox One X. I connected it to my computer and the Hypersense works fine with any game. Connecting it to my Xbox using 3,5 input I cant get the Hypersense to work at all. Tried it with Rdr2.
I understand (after i bought the headset - my bad) that i cant use the bluetooth and because of that I dont have the thx spatial sound. But in the description it says that Hypersense should work with any device - like with my xbox.
Any ideas? I bought the headset for my xbox because of the hypersense function so I really want it to work.
Best regards,
Johannes

I guess I assumed the haptic calculations were done by synapse and sent to the device.
But, from Razer's site: Real-time processing, requires no integration, works across different platforms
Sounds like the processing is done on the headset and SHOULD work with xbox. Maybe in the XBOX settings try changing the device format (options are stereo uncompressed, windows sonic, Dolby atmos). Or, also in XBOX, try changing the Bitstream format (Dolby digital or DTS digital surround). Basically just play with the XBOX settings and see if anything works.

Hi there,
i am facing the same problem. Is it now working? If so, can you post a solution of solving this?
