So I just got my Naris in this morning and just got around to trying them out now. Ran into a few issues though right off the bat which is extremely concerning and disappointing.
1. When I try and connect them to my PS4 via Bluetooth I'm not getting any sound out of the headphones. They are showing up as my active device in my device settings on the console but nothing is coming out. I followed a simple and short video guide and did everything right.
2. When I use the 3.5mm jack instead I can't seem to get the mic muted in my game so my friend can hear me in Discord on my PC and in-game on my PS4. I've tried just tapping it and pressing and holding for a little while.
Please someone help. I've been very excited to get these headphones for a while and I'm super on the fence now.
