Nari Ultimate Issues

Hi,
My nari ultimate, which is I bought 3 weeks ago, is randomly making sounds like "beep boop".
The sound start with "beep" and end with "boop", any audio inputs are stops since the sound of "beep", and couldn't hear any sound until the headset make sound of "boop".
It looks like the headset is disconnecting from dongle, but the dongle isn't so isolated or shielded by something.

In addition, the Nari headset is sound like crackling, when the audio is played at a specific pitch and above a specific volume.
it is not so excessive volume or inappropriate use, because my last headset was Razer Kraken, which now I replaced with Nari Ultimate.
So I don't think this crackling noise comes from some hardware constraint.

And I also sometimes feel like the sound of this headset is "turning over". (this is my vocabulary, I can't explain it, actually) though I'm not enabled these surround sound.

These problems are different problems, I think.

I already tried to completely reinstall of Razer related files, by deleting local files and registries, or update them.
Of course I restarted the system over and over again, but the problems seems keep happening, they didn't fix my problem even the temporally.

One last question, this isn't so important, but my Nari seems catching
the sound of my games into input device.
I'm designating the input device as Chat, and output device as THX.
I'm using discord to chatting app, so it seems not the problem of Nari, it's the setting problem, but I can't figure the problem, so If anyone knows, please tell me the solution.

I have the same problem. keep hearing Bleep Bloop al the time, like it's reconnecting every second.
When i go to my audio setting I've the headset 2 times in the list. 1: Razer Nari Ultimate Chat (witch works fine, no cracky noise) and the Razer Nari Ultimate Game. This one gives a very cracy noise in game but also when i tap "Test this device (in windows)".
Headset does work fine with on PlayStation, you-tube (on same pc) and mobile phone (cable)

Hey placeeverEarthYellow441 and Frenkel-RzR! Did you recently upgrade your computer's operating system? Ensure that your antivirus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files. Should the issue persists, please uninstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Before reinstalling it, reconnect the Razer Nari Ultimate's dongle and proceed with the installation and install updates.
