Nari Ultimate making disconnected tones on PS4

Hi There,

Recently purchased a pair of these and only when I use them on the PS4.

They make a "beeping tone" every so often.

Some times once, other times every few minutes.

My PS4 is literally 1.5 mtrs away from me with a direct line of sight.

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks...

Any change that other devices are connected to the same USB hub? Like storage devices in particular? Try disconnecting everything from USB except Nari and see what happens.

Yeah, only the Nari USB dongle is connected to the PS4... Some times it doesn't happen. Then other times it happens more frequently, then stops.... Seems like a slight connection issue with the headphones and PS4... interested to hear from other PS4 users?

Hope some one can help me with a fix?
I am having the same issue. I’ve had the Nari Ultimate’s for a couple of weeks now and it started doing the beeping sounds. Sometimes it repeatedly going other times not as much. I am also connected to a PS4 Pro.
I don't get any beeping sounds but my teammates always complain about my robotic/echiong voice.
Do any of you get this? What are your settings on the PS4 and on Synapse?

Hi, i used to have the exact same issue and i was sure i had a clear line of site but i did not.
I used a USB extension cable in order to have the receiver at a higher level so i had a "true" line of sight. After that i never had a disconnection sound and of course and actual disconnection.
The extension cable is connected to a powered usb hub and not directly to the PS4.

Hope this helps.
