Hello Everyone, 2 days back i have bought my nari ultimate from amazon uk store sold by razer.
my headset is working fine but when i press mic physical button, my headset turns off. Why is this happening.
second issue, sometimes it wont turn on. if i press and hold the power button, it turns on, i can see light. but as i release the power button, it turns off. Now, if i dont touch any button for 1 hour, it works fine again.
Any suggestion? is this issue or what? can i claim warranty? and where?

That's odd. Can you send me a short video clip showing the issue for further review? Anyways, you can try contacting Amazon about this for a warranty claim. I can also help you submit a warranty claim ticket. But let's try to sort this one out first. For now, try to charge the headset for at least 4 hours to isolate the issue. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your device so I check if there's a specific fix for this.
