Hello i bought a Razer nari ultimate about 1 month ago. it was working great up until yesterday.
i usally use it for about 7 hours a day. and i charge during the night in a usb 3.0 port on my dekstop computer.
this has been working great so far.
yester day morning i put on the headset turned it on as i do most days, but when i unplugged the charging cable it instantly turned off. so i changed to my backup headset and put this back on charging making sure the cahrging indicator light was on. but same thing today. it only works when the charging ccable is plugged in.
