Nari Ultimate Not Working In one ear. Please Help

i bought a nari ultimate recently and it started only working in the right ear only, this is weird because when i plug the 3.5mm audio jack both sides work. i only bought i recently and would appreciate any help cause i dont want to have to buy a new headset already.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Nari Ultimate's concern here. Have you tried pairing the headset to a different device or connecting it to another USB port on your computer? Ensure that the USB dongle is not connected to a USB hub. If in case you are using a desktop PC, please connect the USB dongle to the rear USB ports and see if it helps. Else, install the Razer Nari Ultimate pairing tool. I'll wait for your follow-up.
