Nari Ultimate should work on Xbox One so long as you use the 3.5mm audio cable but it will be limited to stereo output. You can only use the wireless dongle on PC and PS4.

Connect the headset back to your controller using the 3.5mm audio jack. On your Xbox one controller, double-tap the Xbox button then scroll down to the settings icon. Try adjusting the game and chat mixer settings to get more in-game sound.

Try testing it on a PC. Send me your results via PM along with the serial number of your headset so we can troubleshoot.
