Nari Ultimate wierd mic issue

Hello guys,

I recently bought a Nari Ultimate. Altough its a great headset I am experiencing a wierd problem. Whenever I disable the mic, the sound turns terrible. Stuttery, low volume to overpowered and back withing seconds. I rebooted my pc but problems maintain.

What could cause this problem?

I had a lot of issues like this when I had them. I returned them because of very low side tone from the mic. But I did have this issue the weeks I had them.
