Does not work as in? Does not track at all? Stutters?
Try using it on another surface to make sure there is no issue with tracking in general, if it works then try and calibrate for the mouse pad in synapse.
**Also just a note, maybe next time use the thread title to describe the product and issue and you may get more people actually reading it**

check for batteries if you have wireless mouse
