need help no backlight in my new blackwidow v3 pro wirless
i have been having a problem where there are no back light in my keyboard i do not know what has happen can you pls pls pls help me

Tried changing lighting profiles in Synapse (choose some predefined to check if it works), also check if your brightness is above 0%
