Need help with my razer kraken bt kitty headphones

For some reason my headset will not appear in the razer synapse app. I've registered it to the razer website but it just won't appear in the synapse app. For my Bluetooth I have a usb plug in, I'm not sure if that would effect it or not. I also didn't get a surround sound activation code. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Following- I'm having the same issue. The headset is paired with my computer and I get sound, but the device doesn't show up in Synapse 3. I connected my chroma stand/usb hub and that appears in the software and has lighting effects that are working. I even installed a bluetooth 5.0 dongle and disabled the on-board 4.0 just in case that was the problem.
