Need Help with My Razer Kraken X 7.1 !

My headset used to be working fine but after using a software to 'optimize my device'. My pc now, as I would say, doesn't recognize my headset as a Razer headset anymore but as a Realtek Device. This would matter because my headset had surround sound features and without them I wouldn't be getting fully what I paid for. So I deleted all my Razer drivers of the headset in hopes of getting fresh replacements when I reboot but when I reboot my pc the pc doesn't recognize the headset and therefore no new drivers. Another thing is that Razer Synapse doesn't recognize my headset too although it used too. I believed this problem was caused by the software that I used.

If you don't mind me asking, which software did you use to optimize the headset so I can properly grasp the situation? For now, please perform a clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse by following the steps here. Don't hesitate to send me a PM if you need further assistance.
