So I just got a deathadder elite, and i can click relatively fast on it. However, my scroll wheel simply doesn't work, as when I try to scroll, it doesn't register at all and I have to use my arrow keys or use the bar on the side of the page to scroll up and down. I am installing Razer Synapse as of right now, but are there any other methods to try and fix my scroll wheel?

Please note that self-bumps are a violation of our House Rules. Anyway, do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? If so, try plugging it into another port, if not another machine. Send me the serial number if the scroll wheel problem persists. I can use that to look into firmware solutions and verify the warranty status of the device.
