Needing some streaming help

    So im trying to get into streaming, i desire becoming a razer streamer, my biggest issue comes from running PUBG through OBS to twitch. basically im getting terrible framerate like 11fps and im not sure why.
    some info for you to help

    single system streaming
    i7 7700k currently factory clock speed
    16gb ddr4 @ 3000mhz ram
    NVidia branded gtx 1070
    1tb Samsung sata 3 ssd
    3tb Wd blue storage drive
    net is 230mbs up/ 20mbps down

    Streams set currently at 720p @30fps
    running Webcam at 480p
    cpu load is set to faster
    profile: high
    i ran the twitch tool and connected to a server that 98% quality connection

    ive checked dozens of video so im looking to the community for help please
    if theres any more info needed please let me know

    What resolution are you playing on?
    Are you running the game on the highest setting? If so, drop it down to medium.

    There are a lot of threads out there regarding nvidia GPU's on how to provide you more FPS.
    With your GTX1070 though, it should be running fine when streaming, make sure your GPU has the latest updated drivers.

    I found this on the PUBG forums:
    Nvidia control panel > Manage 3d settings > Program settings > TlsGame > Threaded optimization > On
