  1. Anyone else's order get delayed and have any idea when they are going to ship? I'm worried that the 2 month delay in April will happen again. These delays are getting pretty ridiculous.

    I wasn't informed about a delay but mine still hasn't shipped so I assume there may be a delay ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    If you guys have questions about your specific system, account and/or delays please contact Razer Customer Support and their orders department to get the answers that are specific to your account.

    I'll go ahead and close this thread up since there's not much information that can be useful and shared between other people.

    The store pages tells me that it is shipping but most of the threads here tell me that it ships from the 11th of November with more expected delays. Does anybody know whats actually happening??

    Your best way of finding out the specifics for YOUR specific order is still to contact the orders page customer service department.

    Keep in mind that what is listed on the website store page is going to always be the answer for "If you order today, then your date will be ..." and has no bearing on the people who have already placed orders. The date on the store page will change regularly based on how many orders are placed at any given time. So just keep that in mind, those dates only apply to brand new orders.

    What people say here on the forums, unless they are official Razer employees, and their names will say so in a green banner if they are, then they're just guessing and speculating based on either their past experiences or what they *think* might happen in the future.

    The only way to check on your specific account and your exact details is to contact customer service, check up on your order status page at the Razerzone website or from any e-mail correspondence you've received from Razer directly.
