I am really a no fan of Ryzen CPU and 3000 series GPU
But credit goes to~~

(Access denied, had to create a new post to complete my sentence)

  • Green and Blue RGB style (matching Razer style)
  • Small Display panel monitoring the heat and performance
  • Razer logos decals / stickers here and there
  • Razer peripherals great choices (no Razer Raptor?)
  • 9 fans (I only have 8)
  • Clean cable management (chassis and outside), you have graduated from the "The Verge" video
  • Compacted desk area (best for total focus on games, work etc)
  • Great choice of colours of curtain, wallpaper, desk, carpet that sync well together

8 / 10
2 point loss due to CPU and GPU choice~~

I think 16 GB RAM is enough for now, but 32 GB can be your next upgrade

Thanks for the input
I will be getting a ram upgrade and eventually a new GPU when the market sorts itself out what CPU would you have gone for? Its also a shame Razer don't do 21:9 Raptor as it would have defiantly been my first choice.

Try test out your benchmark for your battlestation results~~~
Battlestation builders enjoyment: is to try OC gently for the best benchmark score

Whatever number you get, you should be proud of what you have built. Try hit the UFO level
I once had a budget build battlestation. Which was not the greatest, but I still liked the outcome of what I have built.

CPU:
I had my disappointing AMD CPU experience before Dr. Lisa Su days. Ryzen series definitely made a strong debut, but still my favor of choice is Intel, due to the followings (my opinions)~~

  • Stable power consumption and clock work when handling very intense graphics related applications
  • I still have a PC running i7-3770K, still a good CPU even till today (rival of AMD during the launch was no match for it)
  • This is a bit biased, but I like the name Intel

GPU:
You are right, thanks to scalpers and shopping bots they keep taking it all!
The 3060 debuted later, but 3000 series have poor reputation of the followings (in my opinion)~~

  • 3080 series blacked out at 2 GHz clock. I believe the issue has been resolved
  • Not sure about 3060, but all other 3000 series cannot mine Gamma zsilver

I wish RAZER could release some new monitors, not your fault.

PC is incomplete without a HDD or SSD

I've always been in the blue camp for CPUs but unfortunately ASrock B550 Razer Edition only comes in AM4 socket.
I think I will be going for an AMD RX 6800 or 6900 GPU eventually.
