New Razer Blade Stealth 13 2020 Best Buy Windows Hello Issues?

Hi everyone. I recently purchased the Razer Blade Stealth 13.3 inch from Best Buy. The computer is excellent, but the webcam seems to be horrible. It’s very grainy looking and Windows Hello almost never works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, wiped the computer, redone the windows hello about 100x, and so on. They only way it works is if I pick up the computer and sort of move it back and forth until it find my face. Anyone else have this issue, or did I just get one with a bad webcam? Thanks!
