New Razer Nari Ultimate Disconnecting Issues


Hi there i just bought the razer nari ultimate and from the beginning on i had the problem that the headset makes beeb boob and disconnects while i hear for a brief moment no sound and then the ingame sound is muffeld before going back to normal ... while this happens the razer extended mouspad is flickering once ...
when this happens the nari disappears from synapse ...then reappears .
I have read from this problem multiple times and that were post from 8 months ago and i never could find a solution or if the product needed replacment now im questioning myself what to do ... is it a synapse problem thats going to be fixed next patch is this a hardware problem whihc needs replacment or is it a 3rd party programm blocking things ... is it possible that there are to many usb slots used so the 2,4 dongle isnt getting juice?

so overnight it just disappeared idk if it was a update or something but so far it didnt show up again still i have the feeling something is off ... i feel like the sound is awlways off a bit to the right in stereo mode ... cant say for sure i have mixed feelings about the nari ultimate the rumble feature is inceadible also thx is good but ... idk mb with time i can say more
also i realy don't know if this will be read but is it somehow possibleto implement a software feature that shuts off the hypersense when not in a game like the stereo and surround options it would make life a lot easier and it seems to be a minor tweak with big outcome... or mb split for each programm becvause i have a friend with crappy mic and he is bassing around like a hummertruck

Please PM me the serial number of your headset should the disconnection issue reoccurs, so we can try the dongle recovery tool and look into a firmware fix. As for the software feature you brought up, you will want to submit that as a feature request via Synapse 3's Beta Feedback function.
Just purchased my headset and I have had nothing but problems with it disconnecting every 5-10 minutes. It is real quick, but real annoying. I just paid 200 for these and this is disappointing.

I understand that this is frustrating, but I would like to help improve your experience with the headset. Please PM me the serial number so I can do just that.

Also I noticed that if there is any obstruction with the line of site between the dongle and my left "ear can" the issue is even worse.

Does this happen with and without Synapse running in the background, and have you tried running the dongle recovery tool? In any case, PM me the SN of your Nari, so I can validate the model.
Mine were working perfectly for over 7 months and now started getting disconnecting problems 2 days ago! Everything messes up in Synapse when this happens! I lose the profile settings for all my Razer products unless I restart Synapse!

I'm now testing it with Synapse and all Razer software off. Luckily my Deathadder V2 has onboard profile saved so I'm not losing anything crucial without software (except a couple of keyboard lighting settings). Will see how it fares without the awful buggy Razer software. I'm also gonna try to drain the battery (which I usually never let completely drain).

Edit: Software shutdown didn't help. They still disconnect/reconnect after some time. Will try to drain the battery now.

Edit 1:

Looks like something's with the USB dongle. Nari just disconnected and I got the Windows error message "'The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, Windows does not recognize it." Now Nari won't connect to the dongle.

Edit 2:

I unplugged the dongle and plugged it back again, Nari's now connected but this is certainly NOT a good sign.

I'm waiting for someone from Razer to reply so I can contact them. I still haven't found a solution. It's very hard to drain batteries when your headsets are disconnecting all the time too, but I seriously doubt that would solve anything.

@mouthmw @PastelGreentalkpulse691 Please try to perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide. After that, run our wireless calibration tool from here. PM me with the serial number of your headset if the problem persists.
I too am having this issue. I have a Tartarus Pro plugged in and sometimes the headset disconnecting and reconnecting causes this peripheral to be rendered useless with the RGB still on. Sometimes, the disconnect and reconnect causes Synapse to fail. I tried unplugging the Tartarus, doing a clean reinstall of Synapse, and re-paring the dongle. Just got this thing today and can't get through a full game of CoD before something freaks out (about 8 minutes).
