No audio from BlackShark v2 Pro / Installation nightmare

  1. Bought a brand new BSv2Pro headset and... After a nightmare trying to update the firmware for 5 times, including hitting "update" button for 10 times each (are you sure you cannot automate that? damn!) and staring at the screen (my BIOS firmware updates 10 times faster), it said, "ok you are good to go". Then I proceeded to restart my system and still no audio from the headset although it says it's installed. It also doesn't appear at Synapse software.

    My audio settings are perfectly fine as other audio sources are working flawlessly, just when setting Speakers(Razer BlackShark v2 Pro) or Speakers(THX Spatial Audio) no single sound is emitted.

    What the hell is happening? If I can't solve this BIG problem with an item that is THIS EXPENSIVE, (as your system is not working easily) in less than two days I'm returning them and buying some other from your competitors.

    Please. Let me know what could I do to fix this. I'm getting mad at it.

    Do you mind sharing a screenshot of how the headset appears on the Device Manager, and do you mind testing the headset using the AUX cable? This is to make sure that we're not dealing with a transceiver issue. Also, please send me the model of your processor, along with the serial number of the headset.
