no audio on nari ultimate

at some point during the day the audio on my nari ultimate stopped working. The headset shows red led even when it's off (not the blinking "low battery") and it launches only when the cable is connected, but the seccond beep gets cut off, and then there is only a low hissing, no sound. It shows up in synapse 3 though, and when it's turned on and used via aux it works with hypersense. I've been charging my headset for about an hour in case it's a low battery issue, also tried different cable and even charging via power adapter instead of pc's usb, but nothing seems to change. Any help?
