No confirmation email and cannot track order after buying Deathadder Essentia

This afternoon, I bought a Deathadder Essential White with my PayPal account. I got the PayPal receipt and it showed up in my PayPal transaction but there was no confirmation order from razer and the "My Orders" page is empty. I bought it on the New Zealand website after the normal razer prompted me to switch to there, but there seems to be no option to view your order on that website. I have my order number from when I finished the transaction, but there's nothing else. I checked my spam, trash folders of my email and still nothing.
