I'm a new user and I'm having major issues. When I play a game that supports THX game profiles, like apex or MW, It wont run the profile on auto, i have to switch to manual and im thinking its a generic manual and not the profile the developers put in.. THE REAL ISSUE, is that I can turn on spatial audio in the desktop, but when I go into a game it reverts back to no spatial audio and sometimes it will only last about 2 seconds before switching back... please help..

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Are you using Razer Synapse 3.0 or the stand alone software, THX Spatial Audio?

I, just bought the Blackshark V2 and im using the USB sound card.. here are pics.... When I switch to THX SPATIAL AUDIO/GAME PROFILES it works for 2 seconds before reverting back, sometimes it last longer, but it almost always reverts back.. even tho it still says its on AUTO, the sound reverts back to the way it sounds without spatial...I have already, uninstalled all razor software, used cc cleaner, shut down, plugged my sound card into different usb, then re-downloaded the software.... same thing
