No point tracking today
I get the notification when launching CSGO or PUBG.. but after playing a bit no points are credited. I'm about to reinstall and see if that helps. It's been working for years and all of a sudden just stops, weird. Server-side issue maybe?

Same here, I guess its a server side issue since the game is detected in Cortex and the time played is also being recorded.

Same issue here, i run csgo it comes up with the usual bubble launching game you are earning zsilver ect. but when i exit the game there is no bubble to indicate how much silver was earned, cortex shows that csgo was the last game i've played guess i'll play some more a bit later and see if cortex confirms my silver or not.

Any luck guys, I gave up for today but let everyone know if you find a fix. I reinstalled everything short of my OS still cant make it work.

Yeah same here, i played both games for multiple hours today switching games every hour on the hour and still no points tracking. Its going too take forever for me too get a Tartarus at this rate aint it?

I'm still waiting for a reply on the ticket i opened yesterday ATP so hopefully they will be in touch soon or are already working to fix the issue, has to be something to do with the next set of games, it was working fine until they appeared telling us what will be next on the P2P

Anyway even if they know about the problem, best they can do is tell you they're aware and the support team is trying to fix it. But it sucks because it happened right in the weekend when we get to have 2x. Best we can do is wait and the problem will fix, i'm sure of it, but we lose a few good days of points.

true that, April has been a bad silver month for me, start of april the supported games didn't show, end of april they aren't tracking but atleast can make some silver discussing the issue on the forums.

How do you make silver discussing it on the forums?

You don't make much but if you go to your profile page then add /trophies to the url it'll give you a list of things you can also access this by clicking you profile pic in the top right and selecting alerts then navigate your way to trophies from there. You can do to earn trophies, you can then turn those trophies into silver.

Today When i open Razer Cortex PC, i saw i am getting 2x of 50 Razer Silver for Razer Cortex PC Paid to Play, before earning Today 100 Razer Silver for Razer Cortex PC Paid to Play, so Razer is reward Razer Silver for Razer Cortex PC Paid to Play for the past 2 days at Today.

you beat me to it but yes silver is now working and best of all when i opened cortex this morning it said you've earnt 100 and you've earnt 50 silver great job cortex team.
