No RMA possible?

I've ordered some Razer headphones on june 5th. I wanted to return them so I instantly requested an RMA. This was about a week ago. I have only 14 days to return the item. But no reaction to my ticket up till now and the chat function is deactivated. Anyone got any other ideas on how to contact them?
