No sound from razer nari ultimate when plugged into my xbox one

Also wireless mode is not supported on Xbox one right ??? I thought wired mode was but it’s not working? Any help would be appreciated I’m not sure if it’s broken and I need to trade it in or if I’m just not plugging it in right or if there some secret Xbox one trick I’m not aware of

I’ve tried other headsets and they work. I’ve tried it on my Xbox elite controller and the controller that came with the Xbox and there’s still no sound.

I have only had pro lems with it with my elite controller my standard Xbox one controller works, but if you switch controllers without restarting your Xbox it wont register game audio. Plug it into your standard controller and cycle over to settings and press restart see if that works

Wow tried this and it works thank you! Also I found a work around to get it to work on elite controllers. First you have to plug in a headset that works fine with the controller then unplug it and then plug in the nari ultimate and then the nari works just as it should. I can never get it to work without first plugging in a headset that already work with it first though, so it not much of a work around for those who don’t already have a working headset. It’s really kinda irritating! thanks for the tip on the standard controller!

the "work" around you suggested sadly doesn't work for me and its frustrating cause after spending $300 on a set of a50 astros and having the left ear driver fail 1 month after the warranty expired i was hoping to find a better and cheaper replacement.
