No Sound On Razer Phone 2

I recently got this problem where my Razer phone's sound in not functioning at all. The Dolby Atmos app also keeps stopping. But that's probably due to the sound not working on the phone.

Also, phone calls freezes the phone, when I answer or make calls

This is like....super sudden. IDK what exactly is going on.
I did a factory reset and I still have the same issue.
Anyone have any idea what could be going on?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern on our Support board. Just to confirm, the Razer Phone 2 is not producing sound from its speaker? Does the same behavior happen while it's paired to a Bluetooth headset or speaker? Does it give out audio when a USB-C headset or 3.5mm headset via USB-C adapter connected? Please send me a PM together with its serial and IMEI numbers. I'll pick it up from there.
