I purchased the Xbox kishi version and there was no code for a free two week Xbox ultimate pass trial include in the box.
I contacted RAZER support and the first agent said they would send my case to the correct department to get a code generated. Then a day or so later this is the response I received.
"I hope this email finds you well. I'm Khalid, one of Razer Tech Support. In regards to the pass code for your Xbox Ultimate, we would suggest to contact Xbox support in regards to this matter for further assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience.
