Nommo Chroma Crackling

I've had my Nommo Chroma speakers since June 2020 with no issues whatsoever, until, last week they have started crackling whenever any audio is played, to the point where the audio is inaudible. Anyone else experienced similar issues or knows how to fix this?

Radio silence, from what I can tell anyone with the same issue has heard nothing from razer apart from if under warranty, they've just been sent a new set.
Same. I’ve had this happen with many of their products to be honest. I have a taser blade stealth on my shelf with all kinds of known issues from battery swelling to the touchpad not working and their responses has been like well we got your money it is what it is. It’s so disappointing. I think I’m pretty much done. I used to be a big fan but never again. This was the last straw.

Hi jjtpesq! Your critique is duly noted. Do you have a case number? Please send me a PM including our laptop's serial number so I can check if your unit is still within its warranty coverage or if it needs to undergo Razer out-of-warranty repair.
