Nommo Chroma Won't Update

    Hello!

    I just received my Nommo Chroma speakers in the mail today . I plugged them in to the desktop tower, but I haven't been able to get them to a point where I can actually hear them. I attempted to use both the 3.5mm and USB plugs, separately, AND together, but haven't been able to get the sound loud enough. Also, the lights on the speakers don't light up besides a green flash while pressing down the power button.

    I contacted support, who told me to download all of my windows updates. I installed the available updates, and am currently up to date with those... However, the speakers still are not working. I downloaded the firmware updater as suggested if the Windows Updates didn't work, but haven't been able to get it to update. First I close all of the Razer-related apps in Task Manager, and then I press down the power button, but the "update" button doesn't light up for me to click on.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    OKAY! I got it to work! I ended up just holding down the button for about a minute, and then the lights started working, and the speakers started working.
