Nommo Pro not syncing with Chroma connect

problem is as stated in the title i got my nommo pro but the light effect refuses to sync in with chroma connect with all the other things 😕 evything aside the nommo syncs up fine its literally just the nommo that stays on its base glow cicle.

Just picked up a set of Nommo Pros and have this exact issue. Everything else syncs up with Chroma Connect but the Nommos will pick a color and just stay there. If I disable the connect then they immediately sync up with whatever profile is active.

did u find any solve? i contacted support but they want a video of the issue and i have no camera and the on ei was gonna borrow also didnt turn out so yeah i couldnt ask support for further help...
Nope. I noticed they sync up and work just fine with the Chroma Visualizer via Spotify, a Chroma App connection, but just freeze on a color when running Wallpaper Engine, Outriders, or Divinity 2. I'll have to contact support on this as well as my phone has a camera.

actually for me they freeze no matter what connect application i run 😕 they work fine with visualizer & chroma sync tho and i tested on multiple pcs already as well...
I have been working with support on this for a bit now and they agree this is a software issue. Trying to help get info as to why this is happening.

was there any fix for you? i am still in the not syncing dilemma and have given up on even trying to find a fix for a while now
Nope. Last message from support was they team was working on it but that was before the software update on the 27th. At this point I have pretty much given up on it.
